We check your site while you wait.

There's no review queue. When you sign up, Pubber visits your site and checks three things. If they pass, your account and your tag are ready right away.

  • It answers. The address loads a real web page.
  • It's a content site. The home page links to articles, guides or posts with real text.
  • It's not already on Pubber. One account per site, so earnings always go to the right person.
One-step installation

One line, in the same place as your analytics tag.

Paste it into your site's head once and every page is covered, including articles you publish later. It works anywhere you can add a script: WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Squarespace, Hugo, or a site you built yourself.

Your portal has a "Check installation" button that looks for the tag on your site and tells you if it's there.

<script async src="https://pubber.io/v1/sdk.js" data-site="your-site-key"></script>

Your own tag, with your site key filled in, is waiting in the portal after signup.

What happens after the tag goes in

Pubber learns your site one page at a time.

First visit to a page

The page is read in the background. That visitor sees your page exactly as before.

Every visit after

Offers appear at the spots Pubber picked, chosen fresh for each visit from what's running right now.

When you edit

Pages are re-read on a schedule, so placements follow your changes without you doing anything.

Questions

What publishers ask first.

Does Pubber replace my current ads?

No. Pubber places offers inside your content, where display ads don't go. If your site already runs display ads, they keep running. Pubber can also fill ad containers that would otherwise sit empty, if you want it to.

Will it slow my pages down?

The tag loads asynchronously, after your page, and asks for offers once per page view. Your content never waits for it.

What if a page has nothing worth offering?

Then it gets nothing paid. Pubber would rather leave a page clean than fill it with something irrelevant. It can still show your own related articles at the end, if you want that.

Can I choose what appears?

Yes. Which kinds of units can run, how many per page, which sections stay off-limits and the disclosure line on every offer are all set per site. For now we set them with you; controls in the portal are on the way.

How do I see what I've earned?

Your portal shows estimated earnings daily, as clicks and sign-ups happen. They become final when the advertiser pays, usually 30 to 60 days later, and appear on your statement.

When do I get paid?

You're paid your share of what advertisers have actually paid Pubber, after any they reverse (a rejected lead or a refunded sale, for example). A small part of each statement is held for a few months to cover late reversals, then released to you.

I run several sites. One account or many?

One account. Add your first site at signup and get in touch to add the rest; they can also recommend each other's articles.
